One of the sensors off of the back of my fitbit has came off. Not sure if it would work if I glued it back on.

Hi @risnerbrian - this is a common issue, see Metal trim on back of Sense 2 fell off

The watch should still work for most measurements but may be uncomfortable to wear and not be waterproof without them properly in place.

If under warranty try getting it replaced.
