Sense battery life

My sense needs to be charged  every 1-2 days. It's about 3 years old.  Prior I wouldn't have to charge every 3-4 days and everything was turned on.  Now I just have the bare minimum on.  Help!

Let me help you with the current battery life between charges of your Sense.

We usually recommend to follow some tips to extend your Fitbit device's battery life. I understand that you want that the battery's performance won't decrease along time. However, this is a normal aging of Lithium batteries. I appreciate your understanding.

If by following the tips you don't see any improvement, try restarting your device if you haven't done so. To restart your Sense 2 press and hold the button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release the button.
