Sense not syncing

Last couple of days my watch won’t sync with the app. Tested obvious Bluetooth on/off - no change.
Tediously deleted app, switched off phone, back on with the phone, download app. Watch then syncs.

After all that watch refuses to sync again!

Start again with deleting the app etc - Watch then syncs.
Again! Watch refuses to sync.
Please, please somebody tell me what’s going on, please………

Here's a simple tip I recently was given for syncing problems, can't guarantee fitbit/google approved, but often works for me.  From phone Settings, just force stop the fitbit app.  As long as in Settings for fitbit app, might as well clear the cache too.  This is on Android phone.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you for taking the time to make this suggestion.
I tried to force stop the app but it had no impact. Still getting the
black bar at the bottom of the page telling me that ".. couldn't sync your
Sense Open help..."

Annoying thing is my watch has been working perfectly well for ages then
this happened a few days ago out of the blue and seemingly for no reason!

I have had the same issue for 18 days.  My Sense 2 will not sync with my app.  I've done everything that any of you all have suggested and it will not sync!!  I have tried for about 2 hours now. It is very aggravating that you can not reach a live person for customer support!!
