Reaching out to the gurus here as reddit trumps fitbits customer support any day. I have a 3 year old fitbit sense that randomly has appeared to have died. The following sequence of events occurred:
The fitbit was charged the night before and worn to bed. The alarm on the fitbit woke me, all working fine.
An hour later, the screen was dead. Watch still appeared to be working in some capacity though, as the side button was giving a vibration response and it was still syncing to my phone.
I rebooted it and it then got stuck in a reboot loop. During the reboot loop the screen was on and the fitbit logo was showing.
After about an hour of reboot loops, it then stopped. No response on the side button, black screen and wouldn't even turn on. I put it on the charger and tried rebooting again and still nothing.
Does anyone have ideas as to what I can do? Is the device dead? Or has anyone seen this before? Googling and searching reddit doesn't indicate that this is a normal sequence of events.

Hello and welcome to the community, @raghuwar2.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the screen of your Sense 2.
Can you answer the following, please?
- Are the LED lights on the back turned on?
- How long did you charge it?
- If you have not charged your Fitbit recently, we ask you to try charging it for 2 hours.
- When you connect your Fitbit device to the charging cable, does it vibrate?
- Did you try the steps in our support article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Try holding down two buttons at once for ten seconds
mine turned off today while working out and it was fully charged and it wouldn’t turn back on
I’m not sure how
but anyway I saw someone say to hold a button down for ten seconds I tried them all alone and it didn’t work then I held two down for ten second and it turned on
