Hello,
I have a Fitbit Sense 2. Purchased in November 2023. I am now having charging/battery issues. My clock face is randomly showing a battery icon with a strike through it.
I have tried resetting, factory resetting & removing the device from my Fitbit account but the icon keeps coming back. I am using a Fitbit brand charger.
The battery will show are the same percentage for a day or so & I reset to update & the percentage might increase. I am using an android phone also.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I will be disappointed if the device only lasts a year & a half. Thank you

Let me help you with the battery issues you are experiencing with your Sense 2. Thank you for the troubleshooting you have already tried.
Some of the status indicators appear on the screen of your device to inform you about relevant information about your device.
It seems the icon you see is a phone with a slash over it. For more information about status indicators see our help article How do I navigate my Fitbit device? > Sense 2 and Versa 4 > Understand status indicators

Hi David,
I had contacted customer support as I did not get any reply here. They are arranging a replacement as my Fitbit os still within warranty.
