My sense was working fine - it now has a black screen! I have tried resetting it by pushing the on button - the Fitbit logo comes on then flashes several times, followed by a big angry x and nothing else! I have tried doing it on and off charge - have tried several times - no success

Is it still under warranty? If so contact FitBit customer service right now.
