My husband’s Sense and mine both ‘magically’ died within days of each other. Of course, no longer under warranty and we both figured the Sense 2 would be a great replacement as you can’t buy the Sense anymore from their site. We both LOVED our Sense with all the features, compatible apps, clock face options, etc. I can’t describe how much we DISLIKE the Sense 2 - everything we loved about the original Sense doesn’t exist. Extremely limited compatible faces, the ones that are aren’t stats heavy or easy to read. Almost no compatible apps. And the new features pale in comparison to what has been lost from the original Sense.
Is anyone else experiencing the same disappointment?

Hi @Classic_girl75 - many people are disappointed - you can still get the Sense in some shops, it seems a much better watch.
Also did you fully investigate the problem with your original Senses, they may be resolvable except if they suffered water damage.
Did you know as you are unhappy with the Sense 2 Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

I loved being able to upload music to my Sense so my phone didn't have to be nearby during a workout. Now with the Sense2, I may as well leave it at home and just take my phone to the gym. Might need to take a second look at the Samsung watch. Fitbit took a BIG step back with the Sense2. Very disappointed and too late to return it 😕

@AmeliaHope - if you are past the 45 refund period and changing brand but liked the battery life you may want to also look at Garmin, such as Venu 2 Plus which has battery life and music and features not found on the Fitbit.

After giving my Sense 2 two full weeks to adjust to, I have returned it and I’ve ordered an Apple SE. Not only does the Sense 2 not have any of the features I loved for the original Sense, my Sense 2 was not giving an accurate heart rate during exercise (recorded really low when I was in high intensity workouts) but I was loosing distance on walks and runs. For example, on a 6 km walk, the Sense 2 tracked only 4.8km.
Sad to let it go- I really loved my original Sense and the Fitbit app, but it’s gone totally downhill since google took over.

I was disappointed with my Sense 2 as well, as it didn't have any of the features necessary for my job. I moved to the Pixel Watch and love it.
