Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Sense 2. I'd suggest to try if changing the clock face on your device will fix this problem. To do so please have a look here:
Fitbit Sense 2 Manual - Clock Faces, Tiles, and Apps
Please make sure to keep your Sense 2 in Bluetooth range to your phone until this process is completed.
If your device is fine afterwards, you can switch back to the clock face you've previously used on your Sense 2.
