I've just gone swimming with my Sense and half way through the swim, it automatically disabled itself from swim mode and stopped recording my lengths. Why would this happen? 

After swimming I deleted the automatic swim log and added the details manually but the information is incorrect. I swam 1300m but when I look at the data breakdown, fitbit has for some reason it at 1299m and 42 lengths - lengths are completely wrong!

How do I fix this? It's bugging the hell out of me!
