ECG app is missing on my Sense 2

I used to be able to do an ekg on my sense 2

did you remove that ability?  bad move...........or has it been hidden?  where can I now find it?  will it be present again on my sense 2?

Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2. Before anything else, let me clarify the ECG app is still available for the Sense 2 as long as you're in a supported country. That being said, may I know if you tried pressing the button once to see All Apps on your watch? Have you gone to the Fitbit app > profile icon > Sense 2 > Gallery and see if it appears installed? In case it's in the list, could you verify the permissions are enabled?

In the meantime, let's try the following steps:

  1. Make sure the location is correct on your profile settings.
  2. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  3. Reboot your phone and restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try opening the ECG one more time to take a reading.

thanks LizzyFitbit!  had no clue there was a way to see all my little aplets on my watch.........with your suggestions I found it!  thanks for the speedy reply
