I really enjoyed the various Fitbit models but I had serious difficulty with the wristband on my Sense randomly disconnecting and nearly losing the watch. In my opinion the design of the attachment mechanism was fatally flawed. Thus I moved on from Fitbit but still liked the watch even though the band attachment mechanism was seriously flawed.
I now see the Sense upgraded to the "2" version. Has there been any improvement in the wristband issue? I still see a few reports of the wristband on the Sense 2 randomly disconnecting. I don't want to have this issue again so just wondering. Thanks!

Hi @Hedodoc - on some watches there are clasp faults that you experienced and the Sense 2 uses the same system.
Note: The Sense 2 does not have some of the features found on a Sense so is not an upgrade, and the Sense is in many ways a better watch.
If your Sense is under warranty it can be replaced for one without a faulty clasp.
