I don't have an iPhone, but I know for my Android, I had to go into the app and tap on the upper left to get to the Devices screen. Then tap on the Sense 2 device. It should bring you to the Sense 2 screen, and under General, you should see "On-wrist calls". Tap on that and follow the checklist they have there. Your iPhone may ask to grant permissions. Then tap done. It will take you back to the Sense 2 screen, beneath the "On-wrist calls" tap on "Notifications". From there you should be able to set the various notifications for messages and apps you want to see. Again, this is how it is on Android, I am not sure if iOS is the same.
