When I had to reset my Fitbit Sensa2 smartwatch to get on the correct date and time to re-sync, my Alexis on my Fitbit s.watch went away and told me I needed the app....
But I can't find anything regarding Alexis or an app help me please and thank you

Hi @Hashley - the new V4 Fitbit App does indeed have syncing problems and to use Alexa the watch must be syncing. Pull down on the Fitbit App main screen to force a sync. [Toggling Bluetooth off/on may also help with syncing]
In the Fitbit App click the device icon [top right] and on the device page it should show Amazon Alexa.
