I have been using the SpO2 clock face for a couple years now. But I had to travel outside the USA for work and suddenly that clock face went away. And the app won't let me reinstall it.
An earlier forum on this clockface mentioned it may not work in other countries. Can someone confirm this? And will it return on its own when I get back to the States, or will I have to reinstall that clock face??
Thanks for any help understanding what might be going on! (Yes, I reinstalled the app, and factory reset the Sense2, but nothing changed.)

Hi @IndyBob - yes SpO2 isn't supported in some countries.
As you have factory reset the watch it is necessary to manually reinstall specific clock faces again which should be possible when in the States.
Just in case, that SpO2 face only gives you the one static reading per day (usually available in the app and elsewhere on the watch in limited form anyway for a single consultation) so using another more functionally available clock face may present you with a better use of the watch.

@IndyBob There are eight SpO2 clock faces available for the Sense 2. Does this happen with one particular clock face or all of them? What country are you in? Do you get your SpO2 in your Health Metrics?
All SpO2 clock faces give a reading once a day, reflecting your previous sleep. Some, like the SpO2 Signature show your sleeping SpO2 range.

Guy,
My Sense2 seems to track my O2 levels all day! I had assumed the app gave an average of readings for the whole day, not a one-time measure. Are you saying it only records one reading to the app per day??
Thanks!

LZeeW,
In the app, my Sense2 only shows three clock face options. Is that because I'm currently outside the USA (in Kenya)? Of those three, only one seemed to load...the other three don't. The one I used before, in the States, was called the Sp02 Stack. The only one that has loaded here is the FaceT clock face, but it doesn't show the O2 level on the main page like the other one. At this point, it sounds like I'll have to wait until I return to the States to reload the one that I preferred.
I am also surprised to learn that the Sense2 only does an O2 reading once a day. And that, from what you say, is measured during sleep. This is frustrating to hear as my purpose for using an O2 sensing device was to track my O2 levels at all times, especially when exercising. (I have lung issues that make this important for me to track!) Perhaps I need to look for a new device that gives me a constant O2 reading...

@IndyBob I agree that you'll need to wait until you get back to the US to use your preferred clock face. The fact that you only have three choices says not all Fitbit clock faces are available in all countries. Google Product Experts aren't employees, so I can't fully explain why some appear, but won't install. I can also confirm that SpO2 isn't available in Kenya.
The infrared sensor, the one that measures SpO2, is only active during sleep. This is true for all Fitbit models.
