Sense2 constantly dying

This is the second Fitbit that I’ve had that has appeared to last less than 2yrs. This is a sense2 and it turns off even though the app says it has battery. I try resetting, but it flashes black and blue symbol then shows Red Cross. Only thing that fixes is charging, but only lasts a few hours. Any ideas?

Hi SaLG, 

Sorry to hear that situation with your Fitbit Sense 2. 
Make sure you're not using any feature that drains the battery fast (GPS, Always on Display) cause maybe your Fitbit is not holding the charge. 
Also, you can try changing the clock face while it is charging.

Same problem here, I can get back to factory settings and reconnect but after a few hours it dies again. Seems like the new App version has a serious bug.
