I have a new sense2 replacement after my original stopped working after 6 months...with large red cross only showing on my watch!

Now my fitbit app is not displaying a visual map on my exercise tracker. I've tried uninstalling the app and switching everything off but made no difference. My location is on too.

Also I'm a UK resident and still not able to get on-wrist calls ☹️
