The sensor button on my sense 2 not working even after a factory reset. Can you help.

Hi @Karatekata - did you do the factory reset from the menu? Is the button not responding to any press, such as holding for 10 full seconds?
If it is not working at all replace the watch where you bought it under warranty.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for more specific help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Karatekata. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 sensor button is not working even after a factory reset.
Have you tried cleaning around the button with a little alcohol?

Many thanks for your reply. I will try cleaning the sensor. The watch was activated on Christmas day 2021
