Sensor came off the Sensor 2

After 1 year and 3 months the metal sensor came off the back. Contacted fit bit no ideas on how to repair this over $200 watch. Oh they did offer 35% off the next watch. No send it to us to repair this $200 watch. Why would I buy another watch? What if the same thing happens again. This shows they could care less about customer service. I will never purchase a fit bit again. In the years of everything must have a warranty. Very upset over this one.

Idk if it was because mine was still under warranty but my metal piece came off the other day too... they sent me a replacement. A refurbished Sense 2... I hate when I buy something brand new and it has a defect and they replace something that is still fairly new with something used. I get that my device is used now... but still... it shouldn't have happened to begin with.

Anyways... I bet if you make a big fuss to customer service about it (don't take 35% off, dont compromise) the fact that it's just over the warranty they might send you a replacement. It's not fair when apparently this is a fairly common problem that they obviously haven't bothered to fix or notify customers of.
