Sensor on back of my watch fell off

Sensors on back of my watch have fallen off. And now the battery drains very quickly in a day after this happened, it used to last for a week before. Need assistance ! I have fitness goals and I need to use the watch without such issues

Hi @sanskriti4 - see here Metal trim on back of Sense 2 fell off

If water got in as a result of the watch being exposed it may reduce the battery life or stop working. But as there are other factors that can cause it, try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, before proceeding with other steps.

@sanskriti4 the metal sensor strips falling off are a known design flaw.  If it is under warranty (less than one year) Fitbit will replace it.  Otherwise, ... 😫
