Sent Fitbit Back And They Said They Didn’t Receive

Did anyone send back a Fitbit and been told they didn’t receive it?  I sent my sense 2 back and they got the band I ordered, but not the actual Fitbit.  I’m so upset right now,

Yeah I had to jump through hoops to get my refund. They saw tracking showed it was delivered. One operator said they were OVERWHELMED with RETURNS... Wonder why..

Did you deal with them through messages or did you have to call to get your refund?  They contacted me through email and I responded twice to them yesterday, but so far haven’t heard anything today.
