I've had issues with my Fitbit Sense 2 not updating sleep, weather ect and today tried to factory reset it.

Factory reset did not work correctly and my device kept looping through restarts. The settings button was greyed out and couldn't be selected. 

I spoke with FitBit and briefly explained. They didn't ask any further questions and just told me a new device had been authorised.

I can't fault the speed of the authorisation but it's left me a little concerned that there are issues with the Sense 2 and that it could happen again. 

Has anyone got any thoughts on this?

Hopefully it was just a case of bad luck. If it reassures you, I've been using a Sense 2 for a couple of weeks without any issues.
