Should I return my watch for the older model? So many features are missing compared to the old Fitbits… is it worth me returning for the Sense rather than the Sense 2? It really feels like Fitbit have downgraded.

@feebiee I looked at your public profile and saw that you joined Fitbit in 2019. I think your should browse the Gallery to make sure your favorite clock faces and apps are available for the Sense. This next piece of advice is extremely important. You must buy your Sense from an Authorized Retailer in order to have it covered by Fitbit's warranty. Look closely if you buy from Amazon. Amazon is a marketplace. An item must be listed as Shipped and Sold by Amazon for warranty coverage.

Hi @feebiee
If the original Sense has the features that are important to you then I would say it's an easy choice.
I've also found the GPS performance on the Sense 2 to be very poor, my original Sense performed much better. So this could be another thing to consider if it's important to you.
