Showing red circle on the Fitbit app when I try to sync

  • Every morning when I try to sync my Sense 2 with the Fitbit app I get a red circle.  I drag the screen down to sync it. It doesn't work either.. I have to use force stop several times to get it to sync.  Once I do that it's ok for the rest of the day.  Until the next morning.

Hi @sparkles4 - this strange behaviour of your phone may get resolved if you logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

It may be a good time to also restart the watch to ensure good working, by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.

If it continues check the manual for your specific phone as to what the red circle is telling you.

In regards to my sync issue with a red circle showing in the Fitbit app.  I unpaired and paired my sense 2.  When I went to sync this morning it was working.  I was able to sync.  I will keep my eye on it the next few days.
