The metal trim on the back of my sense 2 fell off the back. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service but live chat is never available.Then the phone line doesn't go anywhere.How are we supposed to ask questions to get things fixed, how do we get a hold of customer service?

Thanks for your response. I tried the support tab but really it just shows me other people's experience. Trying to get ahold of the support team seems to be impossible as the live chat is never available and the phone line goes nowhere. Seems this piece falling off has been an issue with the sense 2 for years, disappointing they are still selling it without having addressed the issue, and seems from others experiences the piece falling off now renders the fitbit useless.
