My $250 device fell off my wrist while swimming in the bay after only getting to wear it for 3 weeks! Fitbit says "Unfortunately, your product doesn’t meet the replacement requirements of our warranty policy." Thanks for nothing Fitbit! You would think a watch advertised to be worn for athletic workouts would have a secure band. Mine is laying at the bottom of the ocean.
