Best Answer@SunsetRunner the issue has been there for a while. Sleep data on the watch eventually updates but it may take almost whole day. If Fitbit isn't willing to fix it then it's just something users have to get used to.

Hi @SunsetRunner - Fitbit are moving towards an app only functionality for this new UI and the tiles don't expand to give you more information like on previous watches so you need to consult the app for the detailed information, making the sleep tile on the watch almost redundant anyway.
Another example of the UI becoming less complete and the new direction, you can't change clock face at all on the watch you have to use the app.

Best Answer@Guy_ the problem is that the basic data doesn't refresh on the watch (two dashes instead sleep score) while app already shows everything. The watch eventually updates but that may happen very late intona day. It is a bug. The tile also shows a message instead data but it does update later.

I got the app or watch faces to update by doing an ECG scan.
The default watch face doesn't update until like half the day is gone and that's very annoying, so I've learned that when I wake up after I sync my watch for sleep data I do an ECG scan and then it updates everything.
It's a hack but it works.
