Sleep stages not being recorded again

I was told by customer service that I had to disconnect my phone in order for it to work. That wasn't true. I had the incorrect email connected. After that was changed, it worked fine for a day but went back to not allowing me to see the sleep stages.

Hello @Spacemizzle I checked, and Google has removed the reason for not seeing Stages. 

Sleep needs to be at least 3 hours, with a consistent heart rate detected. 

If sleep was 3 hours, check your heart rate chart for any interruptions.
