I have been tracking my sleep with my Sense 2 for the last year. However over the last week my data for 2 of 7 days did not sync properly. Has anyone else had this problem

Im having the same problem! Have been measuring my sleep with no problems for more than a year and since the new update (in the last week) it hasn’t properly recorded my sleep multiple times. It’s starting to become quite frustrating because it impacts my other scores. Hopefully they can get it fixed soon because if this keeps happening I will stop using my watch at night.

Hi I also have the same problem ever since the new app launched. I have found a ‘temporary fix’ which is currently working for me. At night when I go to sleep I turn off my Bluetooth on my iPhone by putting it onto Airplane mode (but you could also just turn off Bluetooth I guess). In the morning I turn it back on, give it time for the watch to’pair’ with Bluetooth again then after a few minutes I sync the app. It takes sometimes more than 1 sync but the sleep data does appear each time I’ve done this process so far. I hope that may also help you both. Fingers crossed.
