Smart Wake turns on when setting Sense 2 alarms

I've been a fitbit user for years using several different products. Just want to warn everyone that when you set an alarm, it automatically has the smart wake feature checked.  I dislike smart wake and I really did not want to be up at 6:46 AM when I set a 7:00 alarm. No other fitbit has done this to me.

Hi @hmarie566 - thanks for signalling this on a Sense 2.

 

Are you sure that you didn't accidentally chose the smart wake?

 

On a Versa 4 it doesn't do that when you create a new alarm and it may be specific to the Sense 2. Hopefully someone else will confirm.

@hmarie566 Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share the Smart Wake option will be disabled every time you set a new alarm on any Fitbit device. I'm sorry this wasn't your case and if you haven't done so, let me recommend deleting the alarm, restarting your watch to refresh its performance and setting a new alarm one more time.
