My Sense 2 has recently just completely stopped collecting and showing SpO2 data though it has been doing this without any problem for a long time.
All I can find is it may not be supported in your area but the UK is on the list of official users.
I have reset by holding the left button several times but hopeless.
Moderator edit: edited title to clarity.

Hello, @Tortlover, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the SpO2 not tracking using your Sense 2. I'll to my best o help you, I understand your situation.
Can you let me know if your Sense 2 is syncing all the data? Besides SpO2, and also, are the SpO2 settings enabled under the Fitbit app?

Thanks for this. I am actually in touch with a fitbit support on messenger although we still haven't managed to sort this out - despite several suggestions the only option now suggested is a factory reset. I am reluctant to do this unless I can download the 10 years' worth of data on the app. Is it possible to download this onto the main fitbit website from the app please?
My SpO2 stopped working for no apparent reason on 13th June, despite all the settings being enabled and no problem with it before at all. I also appear to have lost the ECG function similarly. Everything else continues to work OK. I haven't altered any settings.
Neither show up in the gallery in the app so I can't just install them. Strangely they did both reappear briefly today after trying all suggestions, but then disappeared when I tried to use the ECG. On occasions they say function not available - yet the device (iphone) and country (UK) have always supported them until now.
Any suggestions apart from factory resetting gratefully received. Thank you.

Hi this is 100% at fitbits end. I have the same issue with my versa 3. I have worked in the tech industry for over 25 years and I have tried everything.
Also from the UK so it should be supported.
I tried multiple factory resets, app reinstall, brand new fitbit account, new account on new device (ipad I stead of phone).
The app doesn't appear in the clock face store.
The only thing that worked was to use a vpn to USA and then it appeared in the app store and installed.
Day after fitbit must detect I'm in the UK and it uninstalls from the watch and phone and back to square one.
Tried talking to tech support but it's user frustrating when I'm more technical than them.
100% a regional issue at fitbits end that has the UK disabled. Tried and tested.
If anybody from fitbit is reading this, please pass onto your technical team.
You literally lost lifelong fitbit (premium) customer in me because of this issue.

Hi Cris, thanks for your reply on 3rd July which I answered on 4th July asking for any suggestions apart from a factory reset which I do not wish to do - I would be interested in your comments on today’s post by Kuuk who has experienced the same problem on his fitbit device.
Why has fitbit suddenly disabled users in the UK?

It's not just in the UK. It stopped tracking mine as well, and I am in the US. Though the ECG is working, the EDA scan is not. This has been a problem for over a month.
Hopefully Fitbit has an update soon.

I am very disappointed that this issue still has not been sorted out after all this time. I have now received a Google data export so I can do a factory reset which I don’t want to do and the dates modified show 1899??
