Sense 2 shows the Spo2 app needs to be installed

ANSWERED

My sense 2 shows the spo2 app needs to be installed, but it is installed. I uninstall it then reinstall it. Is there an issue with the app?

Thank you for sharing the information regarding this difficulty with SpO2. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

I'd like to suggest the following steps to see if it helps to get your SpO2 readings on the Fitbit app:

  1. Check on your phone if you are using a VPN; if you do, turn it off while troubleshooting the Fitbit app.
  2. If you are using Wi-Fi, switch it to mobile data or vice versa.
  3. Check if the SpO2 app is installed and all permissions are enabled. If you have a Smartwatch, try using a SpO2 clock face such as Signature.
  4. Wear your Fitbit device at night and sync once you're awake to check your details.

me too - the SpO2 and ECG apps both stopped working mid June and I’m still trying to get a satisfactory answer from Fitbit short of a factory reset. I requested a Google data export to do this which came back with date modified 1899!! Unbelievable.

I had health connect set up but have removed it. Since then my spo2 has
worked 3 times in a row. Coincidence, I don't know.

Just fix the spo2 app. I never had a problem with it on my sense, then problems on charge 6 and on sense 2. There have been enough complaints about it that it should be fixed by now!!!!  It's since Google took over. Fix it.
