Hi I have a new sense 2 my wife wears to bed but in am after syncing it's shows no sleep data available is it possible  not tight enough on wrist for the sensors to read it ?

Hi @Tekredsox - it takes a while after syncing to appear sometimes and may be a few days before it works and appears in Health Metrics. You will also need the latest Fitbit App version on your phone and watch.
