Hi @Isolina - small number of steps are not counted (varies  how many depending on dominant wrist setting and arm worn) and whether you hold a trolley or push chair etc.

Floors depends on built-in pressure sensor which can fail but also how you do them because it won't measure them if steps aren't working properly either, for instance if you are holding the bannisters.

In case it is a temporary issue try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start. Then try using normally using arm swings over a significant distance.

If you swipe the watch face to the left you will see Steps, tap it to see all the actual measurements because some clock faces may give false results.

Floor count isn't used and won't affect any other measurements, it's purely indicative.

If your watch is clearly not working properly it can be replaced under warranty.

If you don't see the same results in the Fitbit App that is a setup or syncing issue.
