Thanks heaps. I did the contact support and it goes to the US and they can’t help and say they will get Aus to get in touch. O haven’t had any luck with getting that email to date but will see how I go this week. It never used to be this hard.

I have had it since November and it just goes blank even when charged. Happens every couple of weeks now/ I have to leave it off for days to let the battery drain then try charging again. Usually it doesn’t work. Then after a week or so I try again and it charges and works for a little while then the whole process starts over/ it’s happened about 10 times now and getting more regular. I’m over this watch. I’ve never had these issues in the past and this is about my 5th Fitbit over the years
