Hola. Got Sense 2 about 4 month ago after my Sense died. Many things I dont like about it, but step counter is really making a joke out of me. So I walk every day and I walk fast. Say 5 km in 42 mins or 7 km in 58 mins. That sort. I believe Sense 2 counts to few steps for those walks. For 7 km walk today it counted 5,790 steps. How is it possible for male of 5'11" height? I'm not running, 51 yo, avg build. Previous watch (Sense) would count around 6,600 for the same walk.
Any idea?
Should I by professional pedometer? To prove what?

Hi @Fitbit19972 - try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. This will remove any anomalies.
Try turning off auto pause and GPS before you start walking. Generally step counting is reliable.
It could of course be faulty in which case it can be replaced under warranty, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
