Hi All,
Recently upgraded to Sense 2 and had this issue on many days. I complete my full 9 hours (9am-6pm) steps but the app thinks i missed 1 of the hours. Previously it thought i missed 9-10 but today it thinks i missed 2-3pm even though i got up and completed steps for this hour. Also, watch told me in the end that my goal of 9 hours had been completed but app says i did 8 of 9 hours.
Anyone else seen this behaviour?

Yes, I add an exercise consisting of a walk for 2 minutes at a distance of 0.1 miles during the missing hour.

Sometimes it takes multiple syncs to get the Hourly Activity tile to catch up. I would try syncing again, it should get a full sync at that point.

Thanks for replying. There have been a lot of syncs since then but it still hasn’t picked up that hour.

Have you cleared the Fitbit app cache?

Mine does this too. I finally just gave up on it and learned how to "cheat" and add in a walk to get the credit. (It bugs me on some OCD way to not get all the dots!)

That’s exactly my problem. I aim to get all the dots but if one is missing despite me doing it then that’s frustrating/demotivating.
So adding a walk afterwards around the time when you did the steps captures those and fills the missing dot?
