Steps per hour was working....now it isn't 😒

Hello can anyone help me

My steps per hour is no longer being shown on my Fitbit sense 2 or android device. .About two days ago my Sense 2 started having issues tracking steps. It is charged and blue tooth is on. GPS is working it's counting steps but not displaying steps.  Per hour. Everything was fine for the first week 3 weeks. Along with that my watch registered as an elliptical session I did but shows an incorrect calculation for calories burned.. Should be over 100 calories but only showing 16.. Help

Hi @Gagman - have you tried restarting the watch as a first step and while about it the phone too. It often corrects temporary faults.
