The amount of steps I have done doesn't show up on my mobile device why not

Hi @dmcxz - you need to sync the watch with the phone.

 

In the Fitbit App pull down on the screen and you will see a tiny green syncing status bar at the top.

 

Restarting the phone and watch cures some syncing problems.
