Stress Management feature on Sense 2

Pleading with anyone out there who has this feature working on their watch. No matter what I do the icon on the watch face almost always reads as

' _ '

In other words it doesn't work.

I live in Australia and none of the Fitbit Support team (laugh) know what to do!!!!!!!!!! They are clueless.

I am Pleading with anyone who knows the reason this feature is so unreliable.

Thanks but I've done that. After many frustrating calls with Fitbit support I took the watch back because Fitbit support had no more to offer.

I replaced it with a new Sense 2 and the problem still exists. I continually log my mood. Nothing.

Must be the Australian location.

Some conditions have to be fulfilled before you start getting a stress score. Consult the manual and/or the Stress Management section on your Fitbit app. And give it a few days. https://help.fitbit.com/manuals/sense_2/Content/manuals/html/Get%20Started.htm

The stress management is a gimmick. Had my Sense 2 for 40 days and dutifully logged how I felt when I got a message reminding me about 15 minutes after the event that triggered the notification. A number appeared in the app but that is it, there is nothing else you can do with that data, you can't sort or filter on something like what is my stress level weekday mornings as I drive to work.

Bottom line it is useless and an annoyance that sucks battery life because you know how you feel when it asks you and there is no correlation between the data you read and how it is evaluated. Turned off the cEDA and returned the Sense 2 and exchanged it for the original Sense as it has more features and less gimmicks.

Thank you Killroy for confirming my suspicions about the stress management feature on Sense 2 which has been a cause of stress for me.

I'm happy to ignore the mauve 'gimmick' icon on the watch face.

Seeing as my current watch is already a replacement I'll just grin and wear it.

Your post has made me 😊 happy.

Cheers!
