Hi,
I recently got a Sense 2 and the stress monitoring was one of the things that made me choose this model. I really like the way the Fitbit checks in with me and I always try to log a reaction (stressed, worried, excited, etc.) but none of these seem to sync to the app and every day just shows up as "nothing logged". This makes it pretty pointless because when I look back at my stress log it's just numbers that don't mean very much, I'd rather have a log of the emotional reactions I thought I was recording.
Is there something I'm doing wrong here? Why does what I log on the Fitbit not show in the app (and is there anywhere I can see it?).

Hi, I have the same issue with my sense 2. I track everything on the sense 2 but nothing is shown in the app.
I'd really like to use this feature.
Thanks, Sabrina

I got the same steps once, and it pulled historic data but stopped working right away.
This was one of the key features why I bought this watch. It's sad, that it doesn't work as designed

Same issue here is the forum I created for this same issue https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Sense-2/Sense-2-Mood-Logging-Not-syncing/m-p/5551041#M16622. I am very disappointed and I am done with rebooting constantly and it not fixing the issue. Looking to make a switch to the Samsung galaxy watch if this doesn't get resolved. Thousands of people complain about syncing issues, these are obviously Software related and Fitbit is refusing to resolve or acknowledge and I am tired of being told to reboot my phone and watch and cross my fingers stand on one leg and hope it works. WE all bought this product for a reason for the features that we are told should be there but they don't work. Fix your product or consider me a lost customer!
