Syncing

Since I updated the firmware yesterday the watch is taking  ages to sync or sometimes not at all. It’s was only syncing 4 hours of data. 
If this is normal I need to return the watch and get another.

This is not normal.  I suspect that there might have been something going on with the Fitbit servers yesterday as I had trouble syncing my Pixel Watch to the app as well and it took longer than normal to get everything updated.
