Me and my boyfriend have been using Fitbit sense 2 for year. A couple night ago our watches haven't track our sleep also all sleep record data have gone. We tried to do every step to fix it (reinstall app, reset and log out) and it still not record. What happen to the watch. Can you help us out ?
Best AnswerIt seems to me they are strongly encouraging Fitbit customers to switch to Google platform. However I am afraid that there will be a point in time where customers are forced to switch and will not have any choice. I hope I am wrong!
