Tile swipe reboots Sense 2

I have the usual tiles setup on my sense 2. But if I swipe to either end (left or right) the device restarts. It’s annoying as hell. Can’t seem to find anything about this or how to correct. 
tiles act like this:

reboot - clock(default) - steps - activity - …- reboot

so if I swipe screen to the right from the clock it reboots. If I swipe left from weather (the last tile) it reboots.

I should have asked if this can be corrected. Any ideas?

Have you already tried to change the clock face? If not, please try to change it.

I suggest you try to perform a factory reset too, please make sure to sync your device properly, so the data will remain in your account: 

On your Sense 2, open the Settings app > About Sense 2 > Factory reset.

Set up your device as new again.
