Unable to remove tiles

I am unable to remove any of my tiles

Thank you for sharing with me the inquiry about the tiles. 

Are you referring to those tiles in the Fitbit app or the tiles in your Smartwatch?

Could you please share a few more information?

If you can't remove the tiles on your device itself, please try a restart: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the Fitbit app doesn't remove the tiles that you want to: 

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
