I trying to sync my watch it gives me the code to enter and I put int in and in little bit it say something went wrong abort! I have tried shutting it down my phone down turning the Bluetooth on and off nothing

I would like to know what is the phone's model that you are trying to sync your Fitbit with.

My phone is a I phone 12 it send to run on this phone just fine , then it would not sync so I removed it and reinstall now it won't sync
