Turn off exercise Detection notification?

I'm new to Fitbit and have a Sense 2. I do like the automatic exercise detection but I'd rather not get a notification every time. Is it possible to keep automatic detection activated but turn off the on-watch notification?

Hello @rambo007 and welcome to the Community.  You are describing is a detection feature that's part of the Exercise app.  It is an option in the Walk, Run, and Bike shortcuts.  The notification gives you the option to start the Exercise app if you forgot to do it on your own.  If you want to use the Exercise app, then I recommend you just start it at the beginning.  On my Sense 2, it takes over seven minutes to detect a walk and over five minutes to connect to GPS.  This is unacceptable lag time.

This feature is completely different from SmartTrack, the auto recognition for certain active exercises.  SmartTrack will recognize an activity, but it doesn't (and can't) give you a GPS map.

How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device?
