Hello everyone.
I'm in trouble, recently purchased sense2 , it's very powerful , works well. But the ecg data has not been able to export to pdf, my iphone, ipad, Galaxy S10+, all unsuccessful, no response and fitbit app notification is not anything, what should I do, is it a hardware problem of the device or something else, I need help!
English is not my native language, I use a translation program, please forgive me.

I was able to confirm you contacted support and they were able to provide you with a solution, if you have any other questions or concerns, my best recommendation would be to contact them.
