Unable to get Alexa working on my Sense 2

So fed up with this watch 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:

On my sense 2 it says to fix the alexa on the fitbit app. But when I'm on the fitbit app I can't find the settings for it. And when i press the help button it says that the alexa app only works for fitbit sens and some other fitbit. But why do I have it on the sense 2 then if it's not supported. Like what the hell is going in! Can someone explain this to me?

@ItsAngiie That's my guess. Notice that on the page it says "Sweden (English)". If Swedish were supported, it would be "Sweden (Swedish)", like how it is for "Japan (Japanese)", "Germany (German)" and "France (French)".

The devil is in the detail.

Hi @ItsAngiie, sorry if I'm 'stating the obvious' but did you do the setup on the Fitbit app? You can find how to do so here Voice Assistant

Hope this helps

I did, and tried the setup voice assistent but it's nowhere to be find when I go on the sense 2 on the fitbit app. That's why I'm asking what's going on so I can get some help on why I can't find it! 😞

Hi @ItsAngiie, let's see if this helps, I did a search and found a similar issueHow do I set up Alexa on Sense 2?

There wasn't a follow up response from the user, let's hope that's a good thing 😅

Unfortunately this didn't work either as I tried all the things I was supposed to.

I even reinstalled the app and took off the sense 2 from the app and connected it again. But still nothing. The voice assistent is nowhere to be found 😞

People! That icon where it says Voice Assistant isnt visable on my app, nor is the Media one either 😞
And yes i pressed on the  fit bit app, then my profile picture and then the picture on the sense 2 but nope it isnt there. All i have on that page is Gallery, Wallet, How to use and Accessories. Thats why im looking for help so i can figure it out!

should i reinstall the watch again (I did that already) Like what more can I do so it can appear on my screen?

I suggest that you uninstall then reinstall the app on your phone then add the watch to the newly installed app.

Are you in a country where Alexa on Fitbit is supported? See the list in the link below

Voice Assistant on Fitbit Smartwatches

Edit: I see you are in Sweden. In the list, it says "Sweden (English)". However, your phone language appears to be Swedish.

Yes Alexa is supported in Sweden. You mean I have to put it in English for it to work? 😮

You did it, you fixed the problem. Lol! I had to change my location to (in this case I changed it to UK) and the alexa app works. The negative part is that it's in English though, so now i have to speak English 😅

Its bad that the sense 2 isnt linked to google assistent as the former sense is, bc there i could speak in Swedish. 😞
