Unable to receive WhatsApp notifications on sense 2

Hey, I have an iPhone 12 and I have been unable to get any of my WhatsApp notifications on my Sense2, it’s not showing up in the “Apps notifications” on the Fitbit app, there’s hardly any of my apps showing in there - I have done the resets on both watch and phone, even deleted the app and downloaded again - any idea where I’m going wrong ??

I am a android user but I may be able to help, after going to the sense 2 page, click notifications, then click app notifications, and make sure WhatsApp is checked.

Hi thanks for the reply, my WhatsApp isn’t showing up under app notifications, 😕 I’ve Turned  my Bluetooth on and off / reset my watch & phone . Have made sure I have share system notifications on I’m running out of ideas??

Hi @Caz86 - you have to have a pending notification on the status bar of an IPhone before the app will show up in the App notifications. Then you will be able to select WhatsApp.
