I have been trying to use the ECG app but it keeps showing "ERROR Please reopen the Application"
I have chatted with customer service and followed their advice to remove app and reinstall it and it still coming up with this message. I have also removed the Fitbit app on my Android Phone and I'm able to access the ECG, take a couple of readings than goes down again. Very frustrating not to be able to use this feature.
